The Shevatim organization serves as a central, unifying force dedicated to educating, nurturing, empowering, and enhancing the effectiveness of Mekarvim and their initiatives. This mission is realized through strategic partnerships; shared infrastructure and resources; robust professional development; job mentorship and placement; seminars and Shabbatonim; all under the guidance of Gedolei Yisroel.

Passionate mekarvim carry tremendous responsibility, often without the infrastructure or strategic support needed for lasting growth. Shevatim unites leaders through shared resources, mentorship, high-impact programming, and Torah-guided direction —equipping mekarvim with the tools and partnerships to expand their reach and build sustainable, impactful initiatives.

The Challenge

Kiruv organizations and mekarvim work tirelessly to inspire growth in Yiddishkeit, yet many face isolation, limited resources, and growing demands. As programs expand, duplication, burnout, and inconsistent training can weaken long-term impact. What’s needed isn’t another program — but strong infrastructure, shared wisdom, and a unified framework that helps mekarvim succeed together.

Shevatim strengthens kiruv through connection, strategy, and hands-on support:
Building the network — connecting leaders through conferences, online platforms, mentorship, and shared best practices that multiply impact across communities.
Providing the infrastructure — offering professional development, consulting, job mentorship and placement, and practical organizational guidance tailored to each mission.
Creating transformative experiences — facilitating powerful Shabbatons, Eretz Yisrael trips, and immersive programs that inspire lasting growth in Avodas Hashem.
All delivered under the guidance of Gedolei Yisroel, ensuring that growth remains rooted in authentic Torah values.
